Hello,
My party is level 54 now. When is there no longer a point in putting points in weapons skills? My party is a paladin, archer, cleric and sorcerer. All weapon skills and magic skills are at master level.
Do I just keep putting points in spear, axe, dagger, mace and the different magic skills?
Keep putting points in the different skills?
Re: Keep putting points in the different skills?
There really isn't a point when you stop putting points in your focused skills, just a few points where you pause doing so because something else is more urgent (usually Perception).
(Starting from 7, there's also the Armsmaster skill, and if your class is allowed to master it then it's also worth pumping points into - it basically turns any melee weapon into MM6's Axe)
Assuming your miscellaneous skills are up to where you want them, I would say have your paladin and archer focus on their preferred weapon, and have your cleric and sorcerer focus on their preferred spell schools. From here on in you just need big numbers.
(oh hey this is basically the same post I saw on reddit)
