Wow.. looks like the towns are true 3D after all and not the 2D within a 3D plane diorama/parallax trick I was originally thinking.. although I do still wonder if there's some sort of diorama illusion and you can't go full 360 camera rotation.

It's kinda already running, with first batch of selected players, though they call it still "alpha testing stage".
