At least in the original TCC, there's a NPC in a house in Norseland (nee Kriegspire) who brews it.

So now I've cleared Fortress of Anarchy(Alamos) and the seer told me I need to install part 2. Do I need to install original TCC part2 on top of TCCR?

No. It is impossible to install it because of the many changes to part 1.

Hello, I have problem with part 2.

I load the save " TCC expansion". The game starts in the Void map (formerly Eel Infested waters). I found three notes, and I understand from them that I'm supposed to be looking for the "Rock of Understanding". Unfortunately, I have no idea how to proceed. Everything else is inactive. Can anyone give me some advice please?
