everytime I play a "mega map" (e.g. Arisen Forces) I always start with a druid and so when I reach level 60+ (those tree of knowledges really accumulate!) I usually have no choice but to pick something useless like summoning or necromancy. That, however, was before I learned of the Equilib...

Metathron: Tawni's campaign had an interesting story but overall I thought it was pretty boring, except for perhaps scenario 4 when I used a combination of Dragon Strength (Tawni) and Disintegration (Cycra) to get through everything? Actually map five of Emilia's campaign was fun for me, but map sev...

lol, it would be funny if someone put the entire heroes series into one collosal H4 campaign. I've actually tried making a heroes IV campaign based on another game - but unfortunately the campaign editors don't have what it takes to mimic another series.

wow i never really liked this campaign that much but it seems to be really popular on this board! Or maybe I'm just a little tired of using nature all the time.

Chrono Trigger may have an excellent story but I still prefer that of Final Fantasy. "The God of Death?" That is simply too glitched, I think. And I would love to see how he really actually looked, then later hire a bunch of level 70 heroes to beat him up (although I'm not sure whether it ...

^YES! Exactly what I was thinking. They should write sequels to some of the campaigns, and the two that I am most anticipating for are Gauldoth's and Tawni's. I wonder what happens now that Tawni is the queen of the gold sea and who the heck the God of Death really is, I mean it would be nice if all...

All of them are good, really. I find an interest in more "natural" stories, so I didn't particularly like Gauldoth's story because it had too much of the "bleak" and "death" genre in it. Lysander's was boring and it was Way_Too_Easy. Waerjak's story was interesting for ...

None of the storylines, in my opinion, are dull. The best ones I think should be Emilia's, Elwin's, and Tawni's.

By the way, what are the Heroes Chronicles again?

you know love stories are good but they just aren't epic enough i think! elwin and shaera was epic because it involved that extra storyline "touch" to it and the maps were all interesting and adequate! Keep up the good work though.

Bah, everyone knows that the only *real* good theme is the dirt theme in Heroes IV! Listening to this song while reading hose massive blocks of text during campaigns really gets you this nolstagic feeling that makes you want to be in this game!

About the Calendar map (Again...)

Just to make clear of this, but while I had just *mini spoilers*

finished activating the portal to Chronus's dimension a bunch of level 38 heroes with weird names like BobbyBigGuns attacked Winter. WHat is this?

Bring me something like Draconic and I'll really appreciate it! Anyways, Gemma's Fortune was a pretty decent map, the only thing that I didn't like about it was that the entire campaign wasn't that lengthy and there just weren't enough quests to keep my busy. Furthermore, I think it needed a better ...

I am not very sure, but I think that (with all those chaos altars and libraries) I had finished Grandmastering Nature Magic (Not summoning skill) and Chaos Magic (Including Sorcery) I was at level 27. I finished this campaign at level 32, and I had Grandmastered Combat at my first opportunity. I lea...

i think that the chaos spells save a lot more mp and time than summons. Rather than bringing up a few Phoenixes to take down the enemy just Disintegrate them instead, seriously my level 32 Disintegration killed like 90 elves in one hit! it wasn't my idea to try the chaos spells first, in fact half o...

short answer: I don't like drums or anything bass related. Flutes and piano are for me! Long Answer: Combat theme six starts off with eight (I think) slow drum beats. then the drums go something like "ta ta ta-ta, ta ta ta-ta, ta ta ta-ta, ta ta ta-ta" followed by some steel drums in the b...

that elwin + dragon strength + disintegration is godly. I usually make him learn Nature, then Chaos magic and at the end some combat skills.
