I have all of the scrolls needed (Wave, Cipher and the scroll from my castle) but I can't get promoted. I deciphered the scroll but it makes no sense to me. Where is the tomb?

In the Tularean Caves there is a chest on a ledge. I have tried jumping but cannot reach the chest. Any suggestions?
