Few interesting points: - obs. gargs still take damage (bug?) although its less than 1/2 damage. - mark of the wizard doesn't cause the monsters to suffer double damage. Just a remark, I competely agree with the view that Galib is a really good starting hero by virtue of Resoursefulness/Spoils of War/Magic Resistance. At the very least, he makes a good secondary hero for pickups/garrison.

Well, I'm playing the final map on Slyan and I've managed to kill off 21K skeleton archers with around 300 m.Hunters. I just kept casting ice bolt to freeze the archers into place. I've got the ultimate for the acadamy and it is fun playing around with the skills. Even got destructive magic as the final skill. and I love casting amageddon.

Its buggy for me too. Immediately after Rag and gang join me, I lose the map!!!

Hate to restart now

Just got my copy of HOMM V and I played straight through to Map 5.

Now I'm supposed to build the tear (or the grail) to win the map but I can only find 2 obelisks. Can't find the third one and I've uncovered most of the map I can see.

Appreciate any help here.
