Ubi sucks hard as always, it was the same thing with closed beta, delay, delay and one more time delay. instead of announcing an open beta the very day they are ready they make us believe they will manage to prepare everything on time. Which as usually turns out to be a lie. One could have expected ...

I will be really shocked if beta comes out today so you don't need to worry about missing anything
