What Comes Next?

Ubisoft is all about the money so they will do whatever is most profitable for them, which is probably cheap spinoffs that utilize the M&M brand name. I'd love to see some of the older M&M games updated with HD graphics. That is a growing trend on the PS3 but not so much for PC games.

MMX Preview by RPG Codex

Must buy for me. I wish there was a physical version available for sale in the USA.

MMX Q&A #2

I would also love a boxed collector's set. I still have my MM6 limited edition set.

MM 3-5 Music Compilation

This is cool, I will definitely download it. I never had a Roland in the day and I missed out on the better sound quality it offered. Some modern DOS emulators can really butcher retro game music.

JVC Leaves Trion

JVC autographed some M&M trinkets for me back in the early 90s. I'd love to see him involved again with the franchise. MM7 was the last truly great M&M game for me since I prefer the party-based RPG. That was 10 years ago.

JVC Signed Print for Auction

I wrote JVC a letter asking for his autograph shortly after MM3 was released in 1991. He sent me back a short note with his signature on the note paper that came with MM3. I was very impressed. It is a momento I will always treasure!

The Status of Warlords V

I loved Warlords 2 and 3, but 4 was a let down. I played Warlords before HOMM and it was the series that got me into TBS. I sure hope there is a Warlords 5 sometine soon!

The most important element of the downfall of these 3 game series was selling out in order to finance further growth. 3DO bought the M&M series from New World Computing, and it began a slow decline with MM6 (which was excellent) to MM9 (awful.) Richard Garriott sold out Origin to Electronic Arts...
