Well, I've found the GL wrapper files, installed them for Heroes 1, 2 and 3. Everything has just went fine, the only problem is that when I try to hurry up things and skip the NWC logo in Heroes 1, the game freezes and crashes. If I let the intro run, the game will be Ok.
