Splendid, I love the idea, a dream come true. If you guys need any hardcoded changes, just ask and I'll try to pick them for you. Should be easily possible. Have you thought about altering any undewhelming mechanics of H3 or you are simply leaving the core game as it is, with only graphics changed?

It does work whenever the modified exe is used.
I have no idea how HD3D is run. I've never played Heroes Chronicles, so I cannot say.

If you want some more implementations, lend me an exe and I can have a look.

Fix for Siege + Armorer bug

This is hard-code fix for the thing, armorer trait gives now the bonus instead of malus.
