Re: Jennifer Bullard - Lost manuscript files
One question: is there any chance Jennifer B. will confirm the text is not fake? That it is written by her?

JVC: Let's say you can finish your own version of Heroes V. What idea of heroes would be implemented? Combat heroes on the battlefield like in H4 or passive heroes like in H1-3? And why?

Re: Your favorite magic school(s) H4
The funny thing about pro multiplayer games is they are like a fight of two cutthroats in the street. If you attack faster with better striking you win in a while. Battles here are not long so I think chaos is the best in such cases. It's important to remove enemy heroes from combat before they do t...

Re: Heroes 4 Map Generator / Utility
So, I tested it more and results are pretty funny. It seems H4MG opens all maps despite their version BUT only S size :| At least on my PC. When I try to save M or bigger maps MG just "freezes". And about this reducing neutrals event, it shows it in MG as TIMED EVENT. You can download scen...

Re: Heroes 4 Map Generator / Utility
Well, everything is ok except one thing - reduce neutrals script. This one should setup a group of object events (mostly on neutral stacks) and time event. But this time event doesn't apper after aplying the script. Furthermore, if you chose several other scripts AND reduce neutrals then none of tim...

Re: H4 Map Generator Updated
Hm, standard maps doesn't work? This explains a lot. I was going to write it's bugged as hell But I'll test it more. The funny thing is one time it actually worked with "Tale of Two Enemies" scenario....and it's standard.

Re: Where to Next for the M&M Franchise?
I have a question. Could we make a two querys on the site here? 1) Which option of the three above do we want to see? 2) What we don't like from Ubisoft HoMM games? And I mean we should rate every important element like 3 graphics, bugs, system, storyline, similars to old heroes etc. I think it's im...

Re: Call to H-IV mapmakers - AI enchancing scripts
I understand but is it even possible to implement it in your program? Because as far as I know you can give scripts to already existing objects. With this you have to place these heroes first. And this could be a problem.

Re: AI Enhancement Tool - first test results
On novice even if AI progress faster, you can rush it very easily. That is not the case on champion. So buffed novice is not the same as buffed champion, because you will have to fight these large neutral armies, while AI will defeat them rather easily and faster than you. So it's fine as it is.

Re: Call to H-IV mapmakers - AI enchancing scripts
Here you go: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-htYgh7Fl2MMnY2U2NBX0k0aGc It is made for level 1 units but you can copy it anywhere you like. And if you decide to implement it then please stay with original name of "neutral slayer". I have idea for one simple script. Starting AI hero coul...

Re: AI Enhancement Tool - first test results
Nice! Is this Eq or standard version? And on what difficulty AI was playing? And one more thing: if AI has only allies (no enemies) it plays slower than normal. Red and blue are enemies or allies?

Re: Call to H-IV mapmakers - AI enchancing scripts
Well, I created a part where AI gets creatures on encounter. Soon I will make a second part, where it loses bonus creatures.
