Hi UndeadHalfOrc, Thank you and congratulations for doing this patch. I want to try it, although at first sight there are some changes I don't like. I think the changes to the artifacts' properties are nice and have just started using that file. Logistics and Offense are probably overpowered compare...

I usually play on Hard, or Normal when I'm lazy, but I now feel that Normal is too easy and I almost never lose on that difficulty. I think I would like to play against Expert or Impossible AI but starting with the same re...

Hi,
I can't use the latest fix on the first page of this topic (http://www.celestialheavens.com/homm3/p ... sndfix.zip), because my antivirus, Microsoft security essentials, detects this as Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!dtc. I hope this is a false positive !

Every H3 install I've done gives me a different missing file. :| And did you try installing the game completely elsewhere (not in Documents and not in the Program Files folder) ? I installed mine in a directory just at the root on another partition Does it say what files exactly are missing ? I've ...

Hello again, I'm not sure why, but my Heroes III Complete does not crash anymore ! :D (it works even better than in Windows XP now) What I did is that I reinstalled my sound drivers (even though I had the latest ones and no problem with other programs or games, so it might not be because of them tha...

It works just fine. I think your installation might be corrupt. Also, are you running WoG? It might indeed be corrupt, but then it would be the installation or play disc, since I have had problems with the game on Windows XP and Vista as well, and on another computer. I also thought it might becaus...

Hello everyone, As Windows 7 is becoming more and more popular, I am a surprised to see so few posts about playing Heroes III on it... Are there a lot of people for whom it works with no problem ? I experience the same crashes with looping sounds, and I have tried everything I could think of... Some...
