I was finally able to get it to run by creating a Data Execution Exception for h4mod.exe. Not sure why I need to do this for Equilibris and not the actual game but in any event I do have it working now. My understanding is that it's not possible to add new skills to the game so the only thing that could be done is changing the existing skills. Short of removing combat from the nature hero entirely there isn't much that can be done short of tweaking the existing skills that are already in the game. ...

I would agree with this but the problem is that battle and adventure movement work together as I remember, so if we change them all to 22 we will lose the balance for the level 1 creatures in battle, but again if we can only change adventure movement I am for this change. Yeah exactly, speed is most often the key to victory :) Maybe balancing the creatures to same speeds would be a bit bland. In some cases it might help and be the easiest solution. I dont mind being slow if the army that im rocking with is very good... It should be that the more slower creatures are...

Picking unicorns or nightmares should pay off in the high level battles with multiple spells as well. I am afraid they are easily replaceable by heroes that can cast the same spells (and a lot others too). Also heroes don't slow your army down which is crucial for fast cleaning the neutrals. Divine intervention is a high end healing spell because it both heals all units in your army and even revives dead heroes. P.S. Can We Please Update the Download Links?
I just Installed Heroes IV on my new computer and had a hard time finding a working link download Equilibrus v3.51 from. All of the links on the downloads page seem to be long expired and really need to be updated so that others can access the files and enjoy all of the features they offer.
