i also wonder about the trigger chances of some new TOTE creature skills not listing in the 3.0 manual ,which formula do they apply to ,etc.. Hopefully somebody could provide more detailed information thanks:D

Actually what Shield of Crystal Ice really does is reducing the damage dealt by fire magics to 50% ,not adding resisting chance
