The Heroes Round Table

When or where do you find the coding wizard? My characters are GM's and I've just got the control cube. Next I need to go to - I think it's Resurrecta in Castle Lambert. Will I find the coding wizard as I follow the quests or is it something I still need to search for? Any and all help is welcome. :S

I see what I missed now. And just to let you know, I love the mod. It's well done and very immersive. Giant spiders in Barrow Downs give me delightful shivers every time I run across them.
