Voted Sorceress, for reasons that others have already given.

Frankly, though, each and every one is brilliant.

Yes, it's been slow. The project lead, Ribannah, is on break until December, and who knows if it'll have much momentum after that.

There are a few demos available at the site, but unfortunately, the project still appears to be in a very early state of development.

You're incorrect. Archibald was a WARLOCK on both final maps. I remember him learning necromancy eventually, which Warlocks could get in H2. Roland was a Wizard in the final maps, but in one of Roland's campaign map, (where he's stuck in the leftmost part of the map, controlled by the computer, nev...

My question - is Archibald a warlock or necromacer? I think that he is warlock (he wants power and knowledge not to turn anybody living into undead under his command) - in H2 warlocks also can learn necromacy. Hm, well he did show up as a hero -- either under your command (evil) or as your final op...

As requested, here's a transcript from the English version of the game: -- Adventurer : That ought to do it. Corak : Welcome. I am Corak. Please come in. Adventurer : Corak? We saw you crash on Xeen! How could you have survived? Corak : My apologies. I am a Corak, not the Corak. The Corak you saw cr...

I feel obliged to throw in some love for Isles of Terra.

As for the other question, I've played all of them (but never completed the first two).

"The NWC cinematics were excellent. The sole exception to that was H4, but that was after 3do instituted the massive budget cuts. Go back and look at the h3 (and earlier) cutscenes....they're quite good. Short, yes...but high quality (considering the time they were made)." I think you can ...

I'm (mostly) happy with H5 and -- plot twist -- I AM an artist. I don't appreciate the insinuation that our opinions will inherently skew every time we encounter lovely visuals. Note, for instance, that Newman registers a few quibbles with the feel as combat as well as the quality of the cinematics....

It's been years since I've played M:TG (so I can't be exact), but that's definitely flavor text from one of the Cyclops cards.

An additional reference can be found in the Reviews section. Tycho's review of Disciples II runs as follows: "If you liked Heroes of Might and Magic III, you should go buy it. If you've never heard of Heroes Of Might and Magic III, get the **** off my website and don't ever come back again.&quo...
