Every time I hit post reply or quote, I'm kicked up to the forum index. I have to go back to the forum I was in, find the thread and/or post and hit the post reply or quote button again to make my post.

Also, the poll results show when I first view a thread and I need to go through the same process of hitting post reply and finding the poll again before I have the option to vote.

I got it when I tried to refresh the new posts page earlier today. I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.1.

I think the MySQL server crashed earlier today (before I came up online). It works well now.

I just noticed something with Pitsu's latest news article. The copy in the forum doesn't have any of the links that the one on the CH main page has.

The news threads are not updated along with the news item: so a manual update is required if anything is missing in the original post. That's not very convenient, but a fix can probably wait until the next redesign (around May).

I got this while trying to refresh the New Posts page:

This Account Has Exceeded Its CPU Quota

If you are the webmaster, your account may have exceeded for one or more of the following reasons:

* Your site has used more than 20% of the cpu.
* Your account has too many processes running at the same time.
* Your site was consuming too many resources. This happens on occassion to very busy sites that have inefficient scripts running.

I got that too, while accessing the main page... Hitting refresh seems to be a reliable cure...

It seems some changes need to be made in scripting, so we can handle the heavy traffic. We're on it, but with Easter upon us it may take a while. :(

We understand. Go have a nice holiday, and then come back and fix the problem. Hope it won't get too serious. :scared:

I'll be travelling by train all this Sunday (literally), so you're not in the worst situation. Then again, this Sunday isn't Easter for me! :)

That's weird. I haven't seen it in a week or so.
