Open Dev: Chris Vanover Interview

Unread postby Kalah » 16 Oct 2013, 18:49

This time, in their "Meet the Ancients" interview series, the Limbic Open Blog brings out <b>Christian Vanover</b> from the line of former NWC designers. In <a target="_blank" href="/https://mightandmagicx-legacy.ubi.com/o ... over">this interview</a>, Chris tells us about his thoughts on <i>Might & Magic</i> and allows us to catch up with his current leisures.

<i>"In the 10 years since New World Computing's closure, I've gradually transitioned from Designer to Producer, having worked on Xbox (Forza Motorsport 1-3), then a web-based MMO (Marvel Super Hero Squad Online), and finally transitioned to work in mobile games (multiple titles, including something super-secret currently in development!)."</i>

Yes. Btw, thank you for the interview with him earlier this year, it was a good one. I appreciated his honesty.

That interview happened several years ago, at least six I'd say.

Wow. Ok, I see how I got the wrong date. It's still a good one.

I realized our articles are not date-tracked, at least not externally.

And... boom, post #6000. :proud:

They are on the forum, though, and indexed by year on our interviews page, right?

Yes, I now realize the Interviews link at the top takes the reader to that info. Not ideal, but good enough. :)
