opposite of the human? Shouldn`t that be opposite of the "normal" Elf?

Wood elven morals are based upon human morales and thus Dark Elves are opposite to humans.

How stupid. Read Jolly Joker's post again, and see what the difference is (the key is, a courtesan is making it known she is available - the dark elven elite is making it known it is not available, and flaunting this fact). Simple difference, really.

The Dungeon upgrades look alright but i think that the armor on the red dragon looks stupid. ITs a dragon it doesnt need armor. I dont care if it looks just like the black dragon ( because theyre my favorites ) as long as it doesnt have that corny face armor

It's disturbing how TT can drag people into senseless arguments like this one...

The word becomes entirely meaningless unless it signifies a person available for sex on payment (which need not involve money), so...

And almost anything can be bartered. Power, status, influence. Somehow i doubt that anyone that dresses like that is above using sex to get something they want.

She already wields power, influence and status, by virtue of her birth and superior warrior ability. What exactly does she have to gain? She can dress this way to exert her influence and power over males (and even females). Do you assume when you see semi-nude people on the beach that they are not above using sex to gain what they want (which isn't prostitution, but whatever)? Or do you actually realise there is a relevant context?

Notice anything?

And haven't we already went on to courtesans (which by your thinking isn't prostitution either).

And beachwear comes in alot of shapes and sizes, which can also tell you stuff about their owner.

Right, so because she flaunts her looks she's a prostitute. By your thinking any man/woman who flaunts his/her looks is, of course, a prostitute (even though the word, strictly defined, means making oneself available for sex on exchange of money or an equivalent good). Sure. :) I'm done here.

By yours offering sex so people do what you want isn't. Guess we disagree.

Of course i guess it's possible they're all just **** teases, but then why haven't the males rebelled then?

I never said selling sex is not prostitution. I said flaunting their looks is not - ie that they are teases - that was the point JJ and I made. The males could try rebel. The female warlocks, matriarchs and the furies would in all likelihood crush them. Not to mention the dragons. :) If anything, given the reverse power relation, it is the dark elven males that need to sell themselves to gain the approbation of the females.

And that's your problem, you think of prostitution only in the subservient role. But plenty of kingdoms have been laid low by courtesans.

Plus, there's flaunting your looks and then there's dressing up in BDSM gear.

AS for the crushing of rebellions, history tells us that the privileged are always alot fewer then the downtrodden, and a full scale rebellion caused by lack of nookie wouldn't be easily put down.
