Journeyman's Notebook, Minor, Left Hand, Contains all second level spells. The hero must have the appropriate magic skills to cast the spells, Kalah, 1300
Ring of the Elementals, Minor, Ring, All Summon Elementals spells create twice as many creatures as normal, Kalah, 1600
Winged Sandals, Major, Feet, Gives all friendly creatures +2 movement in combat, Milla aka. the Slayer4100

Armor of Chaos, Major, Torso, Increases the hero's Melee and Ranged Defense by 20, and also grants them Order Ward, ThunderTitan, 6100
Golden Plate Mail, Minor, Torso, Increases the hero's Melee and Ranged Defense by 25. It also costs 1 additional spell point to cast spells, Vlad976, 2750

Emerald Longbow, Major, Ranged, Increases the hero's Ranged Attack by 30, Mytical, 7000

Robe of the Guardian, Major, Shoulders, The hero is immune to the damage taken from the first 3 attacks of each combat, Milla aka. the Slayer, 15000

Robe of the Magi for 15,000 gold pieces is actually quite fair in my opinion. It's a very good artifact that can be used to protect a hero as he drinks his Potions of Immortality. It does have its counters (say Summon Elf), but otherwise it does great. It's not overpriced and it's not underpriced either (if it were I would have outbid Milla).
