nope i cleand it its totally clean no scratches of any kind the cd drive just whirs nd makes sounds but thats about it .. other discs work fine in it

i have problems re-installing homm4 too let alone the expansion i got the original disc that was distributed by 3d0 before they went bankrupt (ya i know i preordered it dumb me)

i was recently in the mood again to play homm4 but i cant get the disc to install for soem reason not sure it hangs after setup

i got winxp sp2 1 gb ram athlon 2400+ nvidia mx440

finally made it work , i know its just ebta and not final .. but oh dear is the interface cloddy and unintuitive, although i have been a fan of homm since homm3 i hope nival will do a betetr job than this beta is and homm doesnt really need to be 3d it truly wasnt neccasary

thanx i tried that link it gave me a key but starforce just hangs in activation

there is a problem when i click on the homm5 shortcut on the desktop it opens up a activation window from star soemthng or other and asks me for a key but this is beta and i dont have a key .. how the hell am i supposed to try beta

i d/l the beta from fileplanet but when it wanted to install an error cme back saying the file was corrupted .. oh well ..

i want to try a demo be4 buying a heroes game again . i made the mistake last time with heroes 4 not to try a demo or to beta test it on the other hand 20 bux is cheap enough

i think heroes should be involved at least a little
