The Heroes Round Table

Right now Stronghold is my favorite. I love the Centaurs, and it just seems Stronghold is the faction you can have most fun with.

I'll never get Facecrap, and if I am forced to get Facecrap to play games, I'll rather stop playing games.

New bug: tried a hot-seat game to test out my dynasty heroes, but the game forgot to animate my hero, my castle and all the enemies. Needless to say the map felt empty. So that's why the game suddenly threw me out for no apparent reason.

The whole have to be connected to play shit is getting on my nerve. I buy the fucking hard copy of the game to not have to deal with this kind of shit.

I was playing a skirmish map. I captured the crystal mine but is still not getting any crystals. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, but I think Sylvan will be in an expansion. I think the expansion(s) will reintroduce Sylvan and Academy.

The town window look too bland to me. I had hoped they would had made it a little prettier.

I hope Sanctuary won't be just a bland zen faction, but also involve the imperialist attitudes of old Japanese and Chinese culture. Thus it would have a duality.

Well, they were pretty much Mongols in the last game. And Sylvan was heavily influenced by both native American themes and Celtic themes. And the Dwarves were Norse.

there are three species of Naga. One is the deep naga and one is the snake haired Medusas I presume. But what is the third?

Sanctuary, since they're new, and we all know how to play Stronghold, Haven and Necro (and we know to avoid Inferno).

The only things that bug me is that there now are both an Ice Spirit and a Water Spirit in the Sactuary (and I don't think both is needed). Also the Water Spirit look like the Water Elemental. Things could get confusing.

And the Sharkmen are boring. But all in all: Nagas! Hooray!
