Are you sure, you have applied Game files after patch and extension? Try to reapply gamefiles, some of them might be corrupted, total size is about 1.6 gb. Apply latest patch on top of it. It's working now! I downloaded again because my total files size wasn't 1.6 gb. Startet a new game in Enroth.....
